This looks very similar to
Soko Ban that was on an
Amiga Power Coverdisk. It looks like someone took the source code and improved it (adding music, new levels and stuff), and released it as a new (Shareware) game.
The video you link to is the shareware version. The fully registered version of Push 'n' Shove can be found in latest TOSEC and is much better.
