Look, it is very difficult to understand what you are asking. Are you using some kind of automatic translation system which perhaps alters the message?
The answer to your original post is that a 68060 can, in practice, reach at least 100-105 MHz - based on actual experiments that have been made.
PowerPC processors are entirely different and their clock frequency ratings have nothing to do with the 68k line.
