I've got a double decker Agnus replacement, but it seems no one is interested because its too big. It uses a 3.3volt FPGA and voltage changing chips exactly as you recommend. But that is the problem I'm trying to solve.
Ah I understand new, my apologies. Still I think that sometimes the TF approach taken with ReAgnus looks promising. The footprint was pretty small.
