Yes, FS-UAE already uses
SDL_HINT_GRAB_KEYBOARD to also grab keyboard when the mouse is grabbed.
I may need to check / patch SDL2 itself to fix some issues. It also allows
Alt+F4 /
Cmd+Q to close FS-UAE, which can interfere with some native applications.

An SDL_HINT_HANDLE_OS_HOTKEYS hint
has been suggested in that thread. I may end up having to implement that for SDL2
