Thanks everybody for your help so far. There are some beautiful maps for sure, and some not so beautiful

I forgot about the Robot Monsters one, that game had nice graphics. I wished someone would make a remake someday.

I still like the Fire & Ice one the most, especially if the water is animated. Such great pixel art. I hope there are more of those 2d maps.
