Try http://www.greatnations.org/ (has been official URL since beginning of 2001 or something, don't remember anymore... http://gn.gameshock.com/ should also work)

We become bored with GN but we try to continue it someday... but I am 100% sure it won't be ever complete

GN works in WinUAE but it did trigger some bsdsocket.library emulation bugs (=WinUAE crashes.., but it was about one year ago..) especially if GN was started in server mode.
