Slightly off topic, but I was hoping it would provide some more technical insights into how the display images are needed to be set up, but it doesnt.


Specifically, how far to the top left does the 'magic' encoding have to be? I also guess, as the unit requires a specific x axis resolution, that this data is at a fixed point in the actual raster screen makeup rather than the image itself.



(I was hoping to see if it could be used for Amiga sprite/BOB based image manipulations as well as on the OTHER 16/32 bit machine that (ex) C= staff made, amongst other things! )


No matter, I will have to set it all up, read through the C libs provided with the driver disks and test it out I suppose.



But still, thankyou for finding that manual!
