they have to be in sys:MUI/libs/mui folder. not sys:libs/mui/
at least this is the location now for my MUI5 installation.
#2) these libs are part of
MUI-5.0-2017R4-os3-contrib.lha
only missing Popplaceholder.mcc which is part of MUI-5.0-2017R4-os3.lha
