CAPS is probably your best bet for one day being able to rewrite games back to floppy. You will need custom floppy controlling hardware something like a CatWeasel to enable the proper recreation of the disks.

There are exceptions to this of course but why would you want to do it anyway?

It may be the brainstorm i had again, with some stupid ideas poppin' in my mind...
...it can also be the lack of sleep, after playing all those games from the newest WHDLoad pack, for the last 24h...
