i found some box image where is indicated on the box "Deluxe". Amiga Action review speaks about some Enhancement graphics and sound in Deluxe version, but i have some doubts.
PC Manual report DOS version is 1993, so this game could be another nice things to investigate

Also to know in the end why only in the box is named "Deluxe"
