Patrick Meng himself worked on a Java port of his Amiga code but it's unfinished (I never tested it myself but I definitely know that it missed some features that are supported by OpenMPT). Some of that Java code served as a starting point for the loader in OpenMPT.

Any other player using libopenmpt 0.6 or later will support it it as well. We have official input plugins for XMPlay, Winamp. Some players based on ffmpeg also ship with libopenmpt. Here's a list of players that we know using libopenmpt:
