Issue found and fixed! If the DblNTSC(PAL) screen modes are enabled, Megaball chooses one of them. The DblNTSC screen mode is shifted to the right, causing part of it to fall outside of the emulator's window. If DblNTSC(PAL) are disabled, then Megaball works as expected.
