You are going to want to pop out all the socketed chips and clean the pins on them with some isoprop an q tips. It will take time, don't rush, be gentle when removing the chips as black/green pins mean corroded and may break.

For the zorro and cpu slots give them a spray with contact cleaner and a rub with a soft bristle toothbrush.

I suppose you could use some warm soapy water and a soft bannister brush or paint brush to clean down the board, then rinse a few times and leave out to dry for a couple of days.
