I have been searching through some old folders when I found my Captive details and other stuff.. anyway I also found info for Mission 4 and Mission 5 of the game
Each mission comprises 10 levels and a space station, they are scattered throughout the universe at various co-ordinates. Here are the mission numbers, names, co-ordinates, and base entry codes for Missions 4 and a couple for Mission 5
