Easiest ways would be using the ACA500+ or an A600 and an CF Card at the Pcmcia slot. (Some years ago I bought an A600 with this being also a main reason). When you've got the adf on the Amiga, writing it to floppy is no problem, there are many freeware tools for that.
Or you buy a Gotek-adapter and can directly use adf's as if it were disks.
Or you know somebody that writes them for you and sends it to you per mail.
