OK so I have an odd problem here. Running FS-UAE 4.0.107-MASTER on macOS 12.3 on an M1Pro MacBook Pro.

If I run fs-uae from a command line...

Code:
/usr/local/BIOS/amiga/System/FS-UAE/macOS/ARM64/FS-UAE.app/Contents/MacOS/fs-uae "/usr/local/BIOS/amiga/Configurations/A4000 + OS3.2.fs-uae" --fullscreen
(Excuse the odd paths, I have updated ~/Library/Preferences/fs-uae/base-dir to contain /usr/local/BIOS/amiga so it may look odd but it works )
This works OK.

If I load fs-uae launcher, select the same config file and click start it does not.

The .fs-uae file contains this

Code:
# FS-UAE configuration saved by FS-UAE Launcher
# Last saved: 2021-06-12 14:27:40

[fs-uae]
amiga_model = A4000
bsdsocket_library = 1
cdrom_drive_count = 1
chip_memory = 2048
fast_memory = 8192
graphics_card = uaegfx
graphics_memory = 4096
hard_drive_0 = AmigaOS32.hdf
hard_drive_1 = WHDLoad.hdf
hard_drive_3 = Exchange
kickstart_file = kick-47096-32.A4000.rom
That last line, kickstart_file is the problem. If I load the file in the launcher it doesn't update the kickstart rom field in the launcher, which says 'default'

If I manually change the kickstart rom to custom and select the right file it works but the config file does not get updated, I can't find any place to save the file so I assume it's supposed to just happen?
