Any other real-time audio effects programs such as SuperEcho?

Among my favorite audio programs in the 90's was SuperEcho (aka Kevin's Amazing Echo Machine) which allowed you to plug any audio source into your hardware sampler, launch the SuperEcho program and adjust parameters in real time to produce multi-channel delays

Anyone aware of other programs for the Amiga that allowed you to do the same or similar? I'm aware of sampler programs that allow you to add effects to samples, but in this case I'm looking for programs that would allow you to hear an effect in real time on an Amiga using a sampler input.
