I've seen various posts about the interlace mode used. Now, I've actually ran TS beta/demo on my real A1200 and WinUAE, so I may be able to clear some small things up.
On my Philips CM8833 CRT, the game looks awesome. You can barely tell interlace is being used and you don't see any of the interlace artefacts you see in the trailer. When it comes to running on an LCD, it depends on make an model - some do this very well, some do it less nicely. My LG did a good job with again, not much of either interlace or artefacts to see.
For WinUAE it rather depends on the interlace mode being used. I personally got best results with 'Double, Fields', but it'll probably depend on your screen and perhaps GPU. I did not try any filters. Found it to be perfectly playable though and nice to see a hires game for a change
Edit: I tested some more with WinUAE and it looks even better with 'Remove Interlace Artifacts' and 'Double, Fields+' enabled
