There are some pretty unique titles on Amiga, but I would probably start with the eye- and ear-candy, so generally games that look, sound, and play well, to let the Amiga show off a bit, f.ex. SotB 3, Stardust, Alien Breed, Risky Woods, Superfrog, Chaos Engine, Rodland, Fire & Ice.
