I've wriiten a PM to Rob where I offer to host his trainers. I think when he answers me there will not only be the list, but also download links!
This keeps him from reuploading every single request for a release. I will upload the list to the Tone for you, but wait till Rob has answered my PM, before you update the first post.
P.S. : The hosting idea came to my mind when you made this merged and sticky thread
