With this entire disassembly it only does it there. Other binaries do this too but in different places.

I'm assuming it is because the disassembly starts with the first address in the screen but since it does not always correspond to the first byte in an instruction, the output from the disassembly changes, causing lines to appear and disappear. Look at what is happening on the first 2-3 lines.
