I had similar issue with my A3000, and went through a bunch of diagnostic stuff, and at least for me it turned out that it was the mouse that wasn't working properly. I got a new mouse and all was okay.

Your motherboard actually looks pretty good, but of course a good clean to remedy the corrosion should be done.
