If you have cycle exact and real speed cpu... I think the best way is to set cpu_multiplier, for example cpu_multiplier=8
2 -> 7Mhz
4 -> 14Mhz
8 -> 28MHz
...

Now I do have a question:

What is the maximum value of cpu_multiplier? Is it limited by WinUAE?
