I ran into the exact same problem when trying to burn Harem Challenge using the .cue file in Imgburn. It just throws up an error with the .cue file.
What i did to solve this issue and burn:
I mounted the .cue file using Alcohol and did a disc to disc copy using Nero Express. (Imgburn burn cant do disc to disc direct copying).
This method worked for me and plays fine on my CD32.
Almost forgot,
I coudnt get Lucky Five to work once burned, looks like the .bin file is maybe faulty.
It burns ok but simply doesnt play on the CD32 (strangely you cant even browse the disc either - maybe faulty image?)
