Sorry, my fault. So what the driver is supposed to update is XOffset/YOffset in SetPanning. It also *should* update MouseX/MouseY in SetSpritePosition(), though for some legacy reasons, it does not. The rtg.library does that for the driver, in addition to passing the coordinates in.
To the user: A possible workaround is to enable the softsprite in the tooltypes of the monitor driver.
