Yes, I think it takes: 240p/480i, 288p/576i, NTSC (60Hz) and PAL (50Hz) at 15kHz and Output: HDMI at 480p/576p (line-doubled mode). I think analog RGB internally is converted to YCbCr just like the RAD2x cable (probably same digitizer chip?).
