Take a look in the EAB FTP server.
VisualFX is listed in
/Collection/BBS/Caviar/Coleccion Software Commodore Amiga Caviar vol. 15 -by nenet.rar, though I haven't tried it myself and don't know if there are stand alone versions. The title just rang a bell. Hope it helps!
