The A3000D has specially shaped buttons because the slot and hole for the eject button is molded into the front bezel. It's a unique thing about the 3000's. Buttons from an A3000T floppy might work as well.

I'm not sure if the buttons would fit any floppy model, but I know they will fit Chinon FB-357A's, and I have two of those to replace a failed one in my 3000D, but I'd like an extra button or two, just in case.
