anyways I agree with torsti76 it will not stop the yellowing but perhaps could decelerate it,
I honestly don't know if it's worth so much work, my A1200 I bleached it once and around 1 year later or so end up in the same color, so I don't bleach it anymore
alternative solution which perhaps retain the white is keeping your Amiga always in a sealed box ,and take it out of such sealed box only when you use it
