You can sometimes find them on places like Tototek, if they happen to have them lying around... I got a Double Pro Fighter from them (after I sold all my copiers back in the day) for Snes/Megadrive. Admittedly it came wrapped in a carrierbag + sellotape all the way from Hong Kong, but it worked (and still does)!
