Figured out what the issue is; WinUAE v4.4.0.
Tried creating a Save State in WinUAE v4.3.0 and including this, but after loading the controls don't work at the menu screen.
Anyway, for now I've leave as this and hopefully Toni can fix with WinUAE v4.9.0 when released.
So, please do the following:
- Delete the <gamedir> "C:\WinUAE\Games\Formula 1 Grand Prix".
- Download / extract this archive into "C:\WinUAE".
