Not to my knowledge, as far as I'm aware it was the same box for all releases of the game (with a sticker for IBM PC/AGA/Atari ST). The disks were pretty much whatever was available at the time with the respective sticker applied, either blue or white irrespective of version.

If anyone is interested in completing the information on HoL, I can provide a full scan of the original German manual (also the same across releases).
