"noboot" meaning after reset I hope... (and yes, the .uae file is written for debugging purposes -it contains information about what Amiga hardware was ultimately configured in the last run).
I managed to (easily) reproduce the reset problem here when using mounted file systems. The problem was that the file system handler does not shut down properly on reset. I will make a bugfix release for it!
