Although I'm of course biased, this is my favorite Amiga music (all mods playable with DeliPlayer):

Next to this I always loved Tim Follin, but a number of his tunes have become a bit too vivacious for me in the course of time. But the title tune of Ghouls 'n' Ghosts Amiga remains a classic.
