Are you 100% sure Studio can flash the Plipbox hex file?

As it stands, on the Windows test laptop I borrowed, the AVRISPmkII shows in Device Manager with an error that there is a problem with the device.

Edit: Studio cannot find the board. Same issue as Windows system. (I have installed libusb).
