Ooops sorry i forgot a "detail". It seems to be a fullscreen hi-res picture (like uridium 2 for example). Not SOTB so, but i think it is not a good game cause of the comment on lemonamiga. Thanks for your help !

At first i believed it was Rubicon but i am not sure at all because i don't see the comment.
