Hey, Boo Boo, could you upload what you have found, please?

I have seen a text file which mentions AMAX_IV_v4.007, AMAXEmulator_IV and Make144BootDisk emulation files on Utility Vault #1, CD #1, but I don't have the binaries. Are these the files you mean?
