Yes, they are updated every minute, but you can also force update them, so it'll reflect any changes you have made.
btw, I could have saved you an aweful lot of trouble writing all that out, I have a spreadsheet with everything written on it, but for now, this convo is hijacking the thread, which is not what I want to do
