Minimig and FPGA Arcade Board are separate projects but Yaqube did the ARM controler and Firmware for Minimig and now he is making a daughter board with 060 for the FPGA and firmware.
I don't think it will be as Natami project as the FPGA is already sold and it seems a new batch is beeing produced.
