I see that the book has now been pushed back to 31 july 2013. This must be about the tenth push back.

I think Amazon should remove the book because this obviously isn't ready. Anyone know where I can ask Amazon to make changes to the product catalog? I don't want to see the book back on the site untill it is actually released.
