You can extract the file
unlzx wherever you wish within WinUAE. You won't need the keyfile for extracting files with this utility. However, for simplicity, you may wish to extract it to the directory containing the LZX archive you are trying to extract.
You can run it from the shell by navigating to the directory where you extracted the file and typing
unlxz for a list of command line options.
