I could walk out on a day before rubbish collection and I could guarantee within walking up and down my street, which is mostly loaded with pensioners, I would come across at least 2 houses with PC parts, unfortunately here the culture is "oh it's too old and we can't do anything with it", this being said about P4 / 400 or Athlon XP2200+ etc.
