Sorry but I'm not going to mess about with international postage.
It has no plug in RAM module and the base spec for this card is 4MB so I'd say yes it is a 4Mbyte version. IMO this is the best PCI 2D GFX card there ever was.
It was in my MAME machine but more recent arcade machine drivers require a decent 3D accelerator.
