Unfortunately this "[cr Code Engineers]" version doesn't exist in the latest TOSEC files... I also don't seem to have it in my non-TOSEC collection
...but judging from what Kowal says above your post, the Code Engineers crack was just a "hack" of the Hoodlum crack.
I loaded up all the TOSEC versions and the Hoodlum crack is indeed different to the others i.e. title screen, theme music, menu as you can see below:
