Can this be done?
If not, it is possibly a stupid request, except if someone argues that this would enhance the feeling of nostalgia.
So is it possible currently to simulate the "effect" of interlaced display somehow? (talking about window or full screen, on an LCD monitor - this is why I say "simulate")
