I did this to a GeForce 4 Ti4600 many moons ago, it was a bad ass card



I had to change ALL the caps, but I was most pleased with the one I stuck on the back, I thought I was being well clever
I was given the card and it only cost me about £2 to put right I really did think that was good.
If I remember it ended up on the back because the board was damaged in some way...
The card ran for about 2 more years then died due to RAM for no reason

EDIT : I knew there was a reason I was looking in here...
Does anyone know where I can get a solder pump, not those crappy spring loaded solder suckers, I used to have this thing with a rubber ball that basically sucked it up as you pumped it, but I have not seen one for years, eBay shows all those crappy ones I don't want.

I REALLY badly need to learn how to solder properly, a rework station looks nice are they easy to use?
