A few days ago I sent an e-mail to Mr R. Babel about the pcb. He told me that it was designed by Ossowski's Schatztruhe, so I tried to contact them through their
website . No answer so far. But I think if we put enough pressure (especially someone who knows german) maybe we can get a result.
