Did he already ask somebody or does he wait until someone comes to him ? I'd suggest to ask
KDH or
Vesalia. Both have done publishing for Amiga products in the past IIRC. Or Cloanto perhaps.
And of course
APC&TCP. They do publish several commercial Amiga products.
