Ross' values are correct hardwired blanking start/end points. At least if Denise output is captured from video DAC hybrid chip analog outputs. Any device that captures it earlier: undefined results.

Do you mean INTREQ2 is only cleared when it causes interrupt? (INTREQ changes)
