It's a good idea to include the crack in the archive, but your version generates a garbage file (Anstoss.lha) and a useless file (file_id.diz).
I redid the packaging with the crack and added the PSG-OBA.NFO file outside the SFX for information.

Hi Crashdisk, sorry for Total Recall, but no, unfortunately, they failed their fix.
what happened is that they did not push the copylock key at address $60.s, which is mandatory, otherwise, the vehicules and boss tank in the driving sections are invulnerable.
I have reworked their fix to be exactly as how the original operates regarding the copylock key (pushed in 3 different places, not 2 like in Angel/Defjam Fix!).
